After you place an order, we review and prepare it for shipment. Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout, when tracking is available.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate before submitting your order. We may be unable to change an order after it has entered processing.

Free shipping is available on orders containing 3 or more products. Any applicable shipping charges for orders with fewer than 3 products will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery timing can vary based on the shipping destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. A carrier's tracking estimate is not a guarantee. Please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation for the most current delivery information.

If your tracking information shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and include your order number and shipping address so we can review the shipment.

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and clear photos of the damaged package and product. We may request additional information to help resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be sent again. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, please contact us at sales@gotbonerbears.com. We will review the order and explain the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply to a reshipment.

We may limit or decline shipment to certain destinations when required by law, carrier restrictions, or our fulfillment policies. If we cannot fulfill an order to the address provided, we will contact you using the information on the order.
